Current environment of unprecedented competition, tightened regulatory pressure and highly uncertain economic conditions across the globe, managing the performance of organisation to desired level is most critical task of leadership. Mentioned factors continuously pressuring the need of shorten period of decision making. Quick, accurate and informed decision making not only allowed the organisation to respond faster to change in business environment but also provide the opportunity to create the competitive advantage.
Leaders are expected to know, a clear and accurate picture of organisation performance on continuous basis for organisation wide solution at right time. A well in sighted and timely information allow leaders to use valuable resources of organisation to the requirement of opportunities. It is worth to note; resources are limited and carry the high cost. Uneconomical usage of resources will surely question the survivability of organisation on long term basis and can question the capability of leadership.
CPM aligns people, resources, process and technology to execute the strategy and to control the performance of business. In short, management system must be agile. CPM is a start to transform organisation and execution of strategy into sustainable performance.

Participants should have post-graduate level teaching experience in management or research experience of at
least two years. Participants must have working knowledge of MS Windows & MS Excel. Participants should
be comfortable with identifying the key issues and solutions to a business case.
The Programme will involve pedagogy based on audio-visual aids, case studies and discussions. Sessions
will also have brief lectures interspersed with other forms of interaction among the faculty and participants.
